How to get the keys
We will send you a message with the code to receive the keys on the day of arrival.
A1234, where A is the name of the box, and 1234 is the code that you type to open it.
The boxes are located to the right of the entrance door to the building -
Apartment rules
- According to the local law, quiet hours must be observed between 23:00 and 10:00.
- Do not smoke inside the apartments and houses.
- If you need medical help, there is a clinic near the apartments: +34.616.07.21.01, +34 972.45.38.75
- Bed linens and towels are changed once a week. If you need a room cleaning service, please contact the administrator.
- Pets are allowed during your stay at the apartment, as long as they don't disturb other residents. Do not leave your pets alone in the apartment.
- The administration is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in common area.
- For your safety, video surveillance is in place in public areas and on the pier.

About the resort
Resort Empuriabrava is located in northeast of Spain and Catalonia, at the Mediterranean coast, in a wonderful place of Costa-Brava, where majestic Pyrenees falls down to the boundless sea. Charming mountain landscapes here adjoin to emerald water of the sea, creating unique feeling of paradise. The huge natural reserve Aiguamolls de l'Empordá surrounds the area, providing excellent ecological conditions.
The town is unique because is built on the network of artificial channels (about 30 km) also it’s the largest residential marina in the Europe. The developed water infrastructure includes port with lifts for boats, refueling station, shops with yacht equipment and service deport. For visitors of the resort who hasn’t got its own boat yet, there is an opportunity to rent one or to navigate on electromotor-boat among numerous picturesque channels.
There is sport aerodrome on the entrance to Empuriabrava. On its base operates the largest center of parachutism in the Europe. Every day in the sky above the town it is possible to find numbers of bright color spots - these are experienced sky-divers taking their attempts, and also brave guests of town which can make a jump from height of 4000 meters in a tandem with the skilled instructor.
The most part of the town is allocated under one or two floor private houses. The residential zone of a resort has settled down here with the fine villas, built in classical Spanish architectural style. A coastal part is the zone of busy tourism, beaches and active resort life style. The main street of the town follows parallel to coastal line. It’s a line of small restaurants, bars and shops of different stuff. The life lasts here since early morning till late night.
There is a large variety of entertainments for any age and a lifestyle in the town. Rent of cars, yachts, bicycles; cart racing, snorkling and scuba-diving, kiting, surfing, parachuting, tennis, squash, mini golf, horse riding, sea fishing, water skiing. There are several discos, a bowling, and many restaurants with various cuisine for all tastes.
On distance of 10-20 minutes of driving there are an aquapark, school and a field for a golf, museum and house of Salvador Dali and other historical objects...
The coast of Empuriabrava has centuries-old history. Ruins of ancient Roman city Empuries were found just in several kilometers to the south. Northern neighbours - the coastal city Roses which has sheltered on Pyrenees’s slopes and scenic village Cadaqués, which is reachable either by the sea, or by amazing mountain road.
Natural reserve Cap de Creus - rocky peninsula with set of picturesque bays and tracking paths is so close, that it’s visible almost from any point of Empuriabrava. One more natural point of interest - sea reserve “Islands Medes” is unique by its underwater relief, and consequently this one of the most popular places of the European continent for scuba-diving.
Empuriabrava is the fine place for vacation at any time of year. Everyone will find here desirable - silence and cosiness for family rest, noisy bars and discos for youth, fans of active leisure will like numerous opportunities for sports, and sea fans will receive full range of emotions from their hobby. This town is the favourite destination of rich citizens from England, France, Germany, Netherlands, Russia and, certainly, from Spain.
The city is in 140 km from Barcelona, in 30 km from border with France, and only 3.5 hours driving from Andorra. Distance from highway E-15 (AP-7) - 12 km. The nearest railway station is located.

1. Where is Port 27 located in Empuriabrava?
You'll find Port 27 in the heart of Empuriabrava, just 150 metres from the sandy beach and a short walk from the town's famous canals, marina, restaurants, cafés, and shops. It's an ideal location if you want to enjoy both the beach and everything the resort has to offer without needing a car.

Yes! We know pets are part of the family. Pets are welcome upon request for an additional fee, so your four-legged companion can join you on your Costa Brava holiday.
